Over the winter i have been busy getting the bike ready for the 09 racing season.
- Brake calipers from a cbr600 have been fitted with new brake fluid.
- Replaced all anodised blue bolts with stainless steel bolts.
- Re-packed exhaust end can.
- Polished various components.
- Painted various items.
- Fitted new custom made alluminium clock bracket.
- Serviced engine.
- Powder coated spare wheels and fairing brackets.
- Carbs set up on the dyno.
- Quickshifter timed correctly.
- Body work re-sprayed.
- All new stickers made.
- New light weight race rear brake disc.
